高装配率住宅建筑技术策略研判和实践

【摘要】随着中国建筑产业的迅速发展，民众生活质量的日益提升，劳动力已经成为越来越昂贵的一种社会资源，传统的 土建施工方法需要在现场使用大量的劳动力资源来进行钢筋混凝土作业。如何减少劳动力在建筑行业的使用已是建筑行业 发展的头等问题。尤其在居住设计一体化的重大形势下，在房屋结构的施工过程中，其实际状况和工程设计条件相冲突的 情形已经越来越少了。这就要求施工单位必须在设计良好的条件下提升施工效能，以节省建造成本。为了确保大体量房屋 在合理工期范围内的迅速竣工，就必须使用装配式施工混凝土结构提高施工速度，从而提高施工品质。在某些不能采取现 浇工艺的建筑结构施工过程中，装配式施工混凝土结构从方案设计到施工过程均具有不能忽略的优越性。推广采用工业化 程度高，使用劳动力较少的装配式建筑是一种解决问题的好方法。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's construction industry and the improvement of people's quality of life,labor has become an increasingly expensive social resource.Traditional civil construction methods need to use a large number of labor resources on site to carry out reinforced concrete operations. How to reduce the use of labor force in the construction industry has become the first issue in the development of the construction industry.Especially in the important situation of integration of residential design,in the construction process of housing structure, the conflict between the actual situation and the engineering design conditions has become less and less.This requires that the construction unit must improve the construction efficiency under the condition of good design to save the construction cost.In order to ensure the rapid completion of large-scale buildings within a reasonable construction period,it is necessary to use prefabricated construction concrete structure to improve the construction speed and thus improve the construction quality.In the construction process of some building structures that can not adopt cast-in-situ technology,the advantages of prefabricated construction concrete structure from scheme design to construction process can not be ignored.It is a good way to solve the problem to popularize the use of prefabricated buildings with high industrialization and less labor force.
