BIM 技术在装配式建筑施工质量管理中的应用研究

【摘要】随着建筑工程施工技术的发展，BIM 技术的应用优势越来越显著，将其应用在装配式建筑施工中不仅可以优 化设计，提高施工方案合理性，也可以提高施工质量管理水平，促使施工各个环节紧密衔接，以此确保建筑工程项目优 良。随着建筑工程的现代化发展，对建筑结构和施工技术都提出了新要求，对此需要工程单位将 BIM 技术应用于装配 式建筑施工中，以此降低污染、降低能耗、节约成本，提高质量。但是在具体应用中还存在较大的问题，需要工程单位 加强反思和改进，以此制定出可行的施工方案。

【Abstract】With the development of construction technology of building engineering,the application advantages of BIM Technology are more and more obvious.Applying BIM Technology in the construction of prefabricated buildings can not only optimize the design, improve the rationality of construction scheme,but also improve the level of construction quality management,and promote the close connection of all construction links,so as to ensure the excellence of construction projects. With the modern development of building engineering,new requirements are put forward for building structure and construction technology.Therefore,it is necessary for engineering units to apply BIM Technology to the construction of prefabricated buildings,so as to reduce pollution,reduce energy consumption, save costs and improve quality.However,there are still large problems in the specific application,and the engineering unit needs to strengthen reflection and improvement to formulate a feasible construction scheme.
