初探房建工程施工管理中质量控制措施

【摘要】房建工程中质量一直是管理工作的重点。只有从根本上提高房建工程的质量，才能够满足各方需求，促进整个行 业的良性发展。基于此，本文首先针对房建工程施工管理的重要性进行了探讨，分析了房建工程施工管理的重要内容，针 对房建工程施工管理中影响质量控制的因素进行了讨论，在此基础上结合实际提出了房建工程施工管理重大质量控制措施。 旨在通过这样的探讨更好的提高房建工程的质量水平。

【Abstract】Quality has always been the focus of management in housing construction.Only by fundamentally improving the quality of housing construction projects can we meet the needs of all parties and promote the healthy development of the whole industry.Based on this,this paper first discusses the importance of the construction management of the housing construction project,analyzes the important contents of the construction management of the housing construction project,discusses the factors affecting the quality control in the construction management of the housing construction project,and puts forward the major quality control measures of the construction management of the housing construction project based on the actual situation.The purpose is to better improve the quality level of housing construction through such discussion.
