EPC 总承包合同常用计价模式分析

【摘要】最近几年来，我国社会经济繁荣发展，建设工程项目规模逐渐扩大，项目数量也越来越多。EPC 总承包模式因 其自身特点与价值备受关注与重视，并在建设工程项目中得到了广泛应用。建设方在采用 EPC 总承包模式发包时，应对 合同计价模式有更多的了解，对其风险进行有效管控，才能将 EPC 总承包模式的重要价值充分发挥，促进建设项目各项 工作有条不紊的开展。本文从 EPC 总承包的主要内容与优势出发，对 EPC 合同价格影响因素、EPC 计价模式现状与计 价模式选择原则等进行了简单分析，对 EPC 总承包合同常用计价模式进行了简单探讨，并提出了不同计价模式应用过程 中的注意事项，希望能为建设工程项目各项工作的开展提供助力。

【Abstract】In recent years,China's social and economic prosperity and development,the number of construction projects is gradually increasing,and the construction scale is also expanding.Because of its own characteristics and value,EPC general contracting mode has attracted much attention and has been widely used in construction projects.When the employer uses the EPC general contracting mode to contract,it should have more understanding of the contract pricing mode and effectively control its risks,so as to give full play to the important value of the EPC general contracting mode and effectively promote the smooth development of various works of the construction project.Based on the main contents and advantages of EPC general contracting,this paper makes a simple analysis on the influencing factors of EPC contract price,the status quo of EPC pricing mode and the selection principle of pricing mode,and makes a simple discussion on the common pricing mode of EPC general contracting contract,and puts forward the matters needing attention in the application of different pricing modes,hoping to provide assistance for the development of various works of construction projects.
