有关工程咨询企业人力资源管理下的合理激励研究

【摘要】基于现代建筑工程行业的迅猛发展,工程咨询业得到了新的发展机遇,企业规模的持续扩张带来了更大的人 才缺口,各企业强化人力资源管理、优化激励制度的需要愈发紧迫。应当认识到的是,工程咨询企业所提供的是一种 智力服务,在经营发展过程中,人的力量是不容忽视的。各企业需要进一步增强人力管理方面的生产投入,以更为科 学合理的激励制度来激发员工的工作干劲,通过提升人力资源管理效益来为企业创设更大发展潜力。
【关键词】工程咨询企业;企业管理;人力资源管理;激励制度 Research on reasonable incentive under human resource management of Engineering Consulting Enterprises Abstract:Based on the rapid development of the modern construction engineering industry,the engineering consulting industry has obtained new development opportunities.The continuous expansion of the enterprise scale has brought about a larger talent gap,and the need for enterprises to strengthen human resource management and optimize incentive system is becoming more urgent.It should be recognized that what engineering consulting enterprises provide is a kind of intellectual service.In the process of operation and development,human power can not be ignored.All enterprises need to further enhance the production investment in human resources management,stimulate the work enthusiasm of employees with a more scientific and reasonable incentive system,and create greater development potential for enterprises by improving the efficiency of human resources management.
