新形势下建筑工程造价动态管理与控制策略探析

【摘要】建筑工程造价动态管理与控制是一项复杂的工作，实际操作上难度很大，为了提高企业造价管理与控制的质 量和水平，对新形势下工程造价管理原则进行了总结，阐述了工程造价变动的因素，同时对当前企业建筑工程造价管 理的现状和存在问题进行了讨论，并对此提出一些解决方法和策略，以期为建筑企业和相关造价管理人员提供参考。
