招投标及施工阶段的工程造价预算管理

【摘要】为实现对建筑工程项目招投标阶段造价的有效控制，在明确当前控制中存在的诸多问题后，通过确定招投标 阶段影响造价控制因素、清单工程量审核、工程材料询价控制，提出一种全新的控制方案。基于此，本文主要对招投 标以及施工阶段造价控制管理的重要性做了阐述，分析了招投标阶段施工造价控制的影响因素以及该阶段造价控制管 理存在的不足，并提出相应的应对策略，以供参考。

【关键词】工程；招投标；施工；造价；预算 Project cost budget management in bidding and construction stage Abstract:In order to realize the effective control of the cost in the bidding stage of construction projects,after clarifying many problems existing in the current control,a brand-new control scheme is proposed by determining the factors affecting the cost control in the bidding stage,reviewing the bill of quantities,and controlling the inquiry of engineering materials.Based on this,this paper mainly expounds the importance of bidding and construction cost control management,analyzes the influencing factors of construction cost control in bidding and tendering stage and the shortcomings of cost control management in this stage,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for reference.
