进度管理在建筑工程管理中的重要性探讨

【摘要】在建筑工程管理中，进度管理对其发展具有重要意义。随着时代不断进步，促使建筑工程管理越发完善，所以保 障建筑工程进度管理已然成为工程中重点内容，所以需要对此加以重视，并需要从各个方面提高管理质量，进而保证建筑 工程在新时代中稳定发展。因此，本文根据进度管理在建筑工程管理中的重要性进行探讨分析。

【Absrtact】In construction project management, progress management is of great significance to its development.With the continuous progress of the times,the construction project management has become more and more perfect,so ensuring the construction project progress management has become the key content of the project,so it needs to pay attention to it,and improve the management quality from all aspects,so as to ensure the stable development of the construction project in the new era. Therefore,this paper discusses and analyzes the importance of schedule management in construction management.
