浅谈建筑工程招标阶段计价方式与合同管理对造价的影响

【摘要】随着市场经济的发展，施工企业必须加强对建筑项目的全面成本控制，以保证项目的质量。在建设项目的实施 过程中，工程造价控制的成效与整个工程的建设质量有着密切联系，做好这一阶段的造价控制工作可以有效降低投资费 用，增加企业的盈利空间，缩短建设工期，保证工程质量。而在施工过程中，合同管理起着举足轻重的作用，而项目的 收益也会受招标阶段的计价方法和合同管理的影响。本文主要从招标阶段的计价方式和合同管理两个角度来探讨对建筑 工程造价的影响，并总结几点加强建筑工程招标阶段造价管理工作的有效对策，以期为业内相关人士提供借鉴及参考。

【Abstract】With the development of market economy,construction enterprises must strengthen the overall cost control of construction projects to ensure the quality of projects.During the implementation of the construction project,the effect of project cost control is closely related to the construction quality of the whole project.Doing a good job of cost control at this stage can effectively reduce the investment cost,increase the profit space of the enterprise,shorten the construction period and ensure the project quality.In the construction process,contract management plays a pivotal role,and the project income will also be affected by the pricing method and contract management in the bidding stage.This paper mainly discusses the impact on the construction project cost from the two perspectives of the pricing method and contract management in the bidding stage,and summarizes several effective countermeasures to strengthen the cost management in the bidding stage of construction projects,with a view to providing reference for relevant people in the industry.
