建筑工程造价超预算的原因及控制措施探讨

【摘要】近年来，经济社会的良好发展带动了建筑行业良好发展，工程数量不断上升，市场竞争愈发激烈。建筑工程企业 为了在激烈的市场竞争中获取一席之地，需不断提升工程管理质量，从控制项目造价角度着手，将超预算现象扼杀在萌芽 阶段。基于此，本文分析了建筑工程造价超预算原因，提出了相关控制措施，以供参考。

【Abstract】In recent years,the good economic and social development has driven the good development of the construction industry.The number of projects has been rising,and the market competition has become increasingly fierce.In order to gain a place in the fierce market competition,construction enterprises need to constantly improve the quality of project management,and from the perspective of project cost control,stifle the phenomenon of over budget in the embryonic stage.Based on this,this paper analyzes the reasons why the construction cost exceeds the budget,and puts forward relevant control measures for reference.
