装配式建筑施工的优势及优化策略

【摘要】随着建筑业的不断发展，各种新的施工技术层出不穷，在一定程度上促进了建筑施工水平的不断提高，为人们提 供了良好的工作和生活场所。本文对我国装配式建筑的发展现状进行了一定的论述，并探讨了装配式建筑施工的优势所在， 在此基础上，进一步分析了装配式建筑施工的制约因素，并结合装配式建筑施工的特点，提出了具有一定针对性的优化策 略，有助于促进装配式建筑施工水平的不断提高，进而推动建筑业的可持续发展。

【Abstract】With the continuous development of the construction industry,various new construction technologies emerge one after another,which has promoted the continuous improvement of the building construction level to a certain extent and provided a good place for people to work and live.This paper discusses the development status of prefabricated buildings in China,and discusses the advantages of prefabricated building construction.On this basis,it further analyzes the constraints of prefabricated building construction,and puts forward targeted optimization strategies in combination with the characteristics of prefabricated building construction,which will help to promote the continuous improvement of prefabricated building construction level and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.
